Whether you're dealing with pain, incontinence, or other issues preventing you from living life how you want to live, we’re here to help.

Sports Specific Training and Run Coaching

Our sports rehabilitation services are designed to help athletes of all ages, at all levels recover from injuries and enhance their performance. We will work closely with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that targets your specific needs, based on your sport. We are in the unique position where we can incorporate pelvic health considerations into all aspects of sports performance, better equipping you to return to full function and optimize results. Whether you're a professional athlete or just enjoy staying active, we’re here to support your journey.

Pediatric Athletes

At KCA Physical Therapy, we strive to provide the highest quality care for children of all ages. Our pediatric services focus on improving strength, coordination, and mobility in a fun and supportive environment. We have significant experience in working with children for a variety of reasons, from pelvic health to sports-specific training and everything in between. We are dedicated to helping all children reach their full potential, whether it is within a sport or overall life functions.

As doctors of physical therapy, you will see one of us directly, so no time spent with aides or assistants—just 100% one-on-one appointments with the doctor. We offer specialized physical therapy services, for patients in the state of Florida, for a wide range of conditions.
We do offer online/virtual coaching for pregnancy and post-partum considerations, for those patients outside Florida.
Dr. Ally Easterly is also an RRCA Level 1 certified coach, providing online and in-person coaching to runners all across the country.

At this time, we do not bill any insurance directly, and the full cost of the service will be collected at the time of the appointment. You are welcome to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company, and we can provide you with a super-bill to assist with this process.
If you are in the state of Florida, we do offer telehealth options for physical therapy. When at all possible, we always recommend in-person for the initial evaluation.
If you are outside of the state of Florida, Dr. Ally Easterly offers pregnancy and post-partum coaching as well as virtual running programs. These are NOT physical therapy programs. If you are outside of Florida and suffering from an injury, we recommend you be evaluated by a physical therapist licensed in your state before we begin a training or coaching program.
Dr. Ally Easterly also offers online run coaching for runners located anywhere in the world.
